Ideakim Sole Polyurethane systems, which have been developed to meet different demands, offer alternative production solutions in order to respond quickly to the needs of the market. Our portfolio includes Spring,Summer, Winter, Wood imitation and in sole products. We provide specific products in accordance with the seasons and country conditions.
In addition to being light, ergonomic and comfortable, it is important that the sole material is non-slip, durable, stylishly designed and in different colors.These products are applied by injection or casting machine sand consists of 3 components: isocyanate, polyol and catalyst. Coloring options are also available for special applications.

Masterbatch is a solid additive for plastic used for coloring plastics or imparting other properties to plastics. A liquid dosage form is called liquid color. Masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of pigments and/or additives encapsulated during a heat process into a carrier resin which is then cooled and cut into a granular shape. Masterbatch allows the processor to color raw polymer economically during the plastics process.

Dioctyl terephthalate is an important phthalate-free plasticizer for PVC, preferred over low-chain and ortho-phthalate plasticizers as it is considered a safer alternative due to its lower toxicity. DOTP is used mainly to plasticize vinyl resin where good processing characteristics are needed, and the finished product requires low-temperature flexibility and volatility.
